In order to become a L'Agence Private Staffing Registered Candidate, you are required to:
- Submit a professional resume and a cover letter to candidates@lagenceprivatestaffing.com highlighting your background, education, experience, qualifications, skills, hobbies and interests.
- Be able and willing to pass our rigorous, multi-step vetting process which includes interviews, personality assessments, submission of all relevant documents, employment and education verification, reference check, a complete state and federal background check, a motor vehicle check, a 10-panel drug screening, etc.
- Be professional, reliable, consistent and responsive. Address all communication in a respectful and timely manner. Be graceful, punctual, resourceful and adherent to directions. Have good judgement and character.
- Candidates who submit the “ For Clients ”form in order to cut the line are automatically disqualified.
- Please know that, while we appreciate your interest to register with our Agency, we receive high volume of applications regularly. And, due to our high standard and rigorous multi-step process, only an average of 5% of applicants are qualified to register with our Agency. We, regrettably, cannot respond to every single applicant. Therefore, if you have not heard back from us within 30 days of submitting your professional resume and cover letter, please understand that means you were not selected to move on to the next step. Nonetheless, you are always welcome to reapply in the future, if you earn more experience, skills and trainings.
