Collection: Exceptional + Multidimensional Nanny Needed For Coral Gables FL Family

• Location: Coral Gables, FL 
• Ages of children: 5 years old girl; 2 years old girl; Baby girl expected in May. A NCS would be caring for the newborn. 
• Start date: July 1st, 2026. 
• Schedule:  This is a full time schedule.
  Monday through Saturday around 10 hours a day. The hours will be split in two shifts.
• The Morning Shift/School Preparation: 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM.
• The Afternoon/Evening Shift: 12:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
• The Off Time Window: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM. 
• Compensation: Open to discussion. The family is offering a highly competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and background. Their priority is finding the right fit for their family.
• Benefits: The family is providing a health insurance stipend, including dental and vision, along with paid personal time off, and paid holidays. 
• Live-in/Live-out: This is a fully live-in position. Private accommodations will be provide, including a private bedroom and bathroom. 
• Other: While dad works outside of the home providing, mom is a devoted stay-at-home parent, and both are very hands-on in their children’s care and lives. They are extremely family oriented, prioritize their family life, enjoy celebrating traditions, and spends a lot of time with their extended families. Therefore, a candidate with the willingness and openness to perform their duties in such environments is required.

  The candidate will be responsible to create a nurturing and intellectually stimulating environment, fostering the children’s neurological, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and social development. 
• While their goal is to spend the majority of their time in South Florida, the family will travel frequently, domestically and internationally, to their other home in Canada and their vacation home in the Dominican Republic. Therefore, the candidate should be able to swiftly transition their work from one location to the next, while providing consistency and continuity of care and education for the children.

Key Responsibilities:

• This is a child centered role. The responsibilities includes caring for everything pertaining to the two older girls, such as school preparation, pick up and drop off, feeding, bathing, children's meals, children's laundry, organizing the children's areas, creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, tidying, following routines, coordinating activities, outings, imaginative plays, including but not limited to all other child-related tasks.
• The candidate will be required to travel and live wherever the family is living at any given time, packing, unpacking, help the family and children settle at all locations. 

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of teaching experience in a private setting.
• Knowledge and experience educating and caring for children in the same age group, with a great understanding of their developmental milestones.
• Experience working in team-spirited households. 
• Experience traveling with families for short and extended periods of time.
• Experience working similar schedules. 
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. 
• Ability to pass extensive background checks and drug screenings.
• Eligibility to legally work in the U.S.A.
