Educated + Kind Nanny Needed For Palm Beach Family


This dynamic and on-the go family in Palm Beach, FL is seeking   two professional and travel-ready ROTA nannies to join their team! 

  • Location: Palm Beach, FL
  • Ages of children: 3 years old and 10 months old
  • Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
  • Schedule: This is a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off with an average of 12 hours per day. Flexibility and a 24-hour mindset is required while on rotation. 
  • Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $120-140k/year dependent on candidate experience.
  • Benefits: The family is open to providing health, vision, and dental insurance, fully covered and available immediately, along with one week of paid time off (88 hrs per year), paid holidays, matching 401K contributions after six months of employment, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance for the right candidates 
  • Live-in/Live-out: Live-in while on rotation. A private bedroom and bathroom will be provided on all locations. 
  • Other: The family is open to nationwide candidates who are looking to fly in and out.

  • This busy, loving family is excited to find two proactive and professional nannies to join their team. Their two children, ages 3 years old and 10 months old, are described by their parents as being playful, easygoing, and charming. They love spending time with their parents and nannies and playing outside. Their 3-year-old attends school during the week from 9:00 AM - Noon.

  • The family has a travel-ready lifestyle and loves to visit destinations all over the world. They spend their time between NYC, The Caribbean and Europe, and look forward to having their nannies join in on their numerous adventures. The parents are in and out during the day, and the family works with other staff members. Two team-oriented nannies who work well with others will be a wonderful addition to this bustling team. 

Ideal Candidate 

  • This position is ideal for candidates who are warm, gentle, and brings a positive mindset to each day, and love working with the infants, early toddler, preschool age groups. The family looks forward to working with candidates who play creatively with children and engage them in age-appropriate activities. Candidates who bring an energetic and organized approach to each day, from managing children’s wardrobe to light tidying, to outings and schedule management, will be a great addition to the team. As the family travels frequently, an excitement to join in on travels near and far will be key. 

  • Responsibilities include creating an environment for the children to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas and managing their belongings, and errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, packing/unpacking for travel, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
  • While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidates who are fluent in Spanish. 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of professional childcare experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with similar age group.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid passport
  • Fully vaccinated and updated with boosters against COVID-19
  • Eligibility to legally work in the United States.
